Wulian smart home, there is more beyond you know!

Wulian smart home, there is more beyond you know!

1. About Product Integration

At present, Wulian has a whole set of ZigBee wireless products which has different functions. Thanks to ZigBee technology, these devices are not secluded for they are connected with the wireless gateway. In the future, we will plan to integrate some of these devices into one item so as to make the item multifunctional. For example, currently we are developing gateway which both has wifi and ZigBee function. Therefore, maybe in the near future, one single product may blend with many products function. So, it will save you more space and price.

2. Extremely Cool Temperature Monitor

Wulian Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensor can theoretically temperature between 0℃ to 50℃. So, in the normal house, Wulian Temperature and Humidity Sensor can accurately detects the room temperature and push the data on your cellphone or tablet PC when you log in the software.

3. Temperature Controller

Wulian Wireless Temperature controller enables to you control your house temperature on your cellphone 24h a day. To our temperature controller, we apply to the fan coil system which is widely used in Middle East.

Energy efficiency shines at Smart Lighting Summit

Energy efficiency shines at Smart Lighting Summit

The Australian Smart Lighting Summit took place in Melbourne recently to discuss strategies and new technology for public lighting retrofits aimed at reducing energy consumption and costs.
Hosted by City of Melbourne, over 200 lighting industry and sustainability professionals attended the event to see presentations, panel and roundtable discussions showcasing the progress of street lighting roll-out projects and highlighting the barriers being faced in achieving faster results.
According to conference organizer Expo Trade Global, over 60 Australian councils including Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart are currently in the roll out process or have completed bulk lighting changeovers, with over 148,000 lights upgraded so far.
Municipal Association of Victoria and Ironbark Sustainability have partnered to help Victorian councils deliver a bulk transition of over 232,000 street lights to energy efficient alternatives, which when completed is expected to have a cumulative saving of $431 million through reduced electricity and maintenance use.
This sits behind New York as the second largest street lighting project in the world, according to Expo Trade Global.
Organic Response’s Rob Evans said, “As outdoor and street lighting are large power consumers, then they need to be controlled. The added bonus is the smart sensors that control lights based on human presence can provide information for the control of other devices and allow cities to be smarter, not just lighting systems.”

Wulian smart lighting had already become the world's emerging industry. As an indispensable tool in modern civilization society, smart lighting is under spotlight. To improve consumers' experiences, we are the first one to bring out smart lighting integrating with LED lighting technology in global. These smart lighting not only integrates with new generation of lighting technologies, but also integrates with brand new IOT technology ,mobile internet technology and cloud technology to meet global consumers' expectance on smart lighting at maximum.

Americans Want Smart Homes Because They’re Lazy

If smart homes become ubiquitous over the next few decades, it will be in large part thanks to all the Americans who hate getting out of bed. Or at least, that’s what a Smart Home Automation Leading Brand --Wuailn suggests.
Lowe’s asked more than 2,000 Americans about their thoughts on the smart home, and while just over half said a smart home was somewhat important to them, 70 percent said that they wished they could control a feature of their home without getting out of bed. Whether it’s to adjust the thermostat, turn the lights on, start the coffee, or let the dog out using only a smartphone or tablet—all chores people told they’d like the smart home to do—it seems we all just want to push a button, without emerging from under the comforter .
Americans clearly would  not mind letting technology do the busy work around the home  when asked by Lowe’s which element of the Jetsons’ futuristic home they’d most like to own, 36 percent said they’d like Rosie the Robot.
Although companies like Nest, which was  recently  acquired  by  Google, talk a lot about using the connected home to predict the everyday habits of their users, the Lowe’s survey suggests that these startups may need to do more work to convince the average consumer of the usefulness of their service.Even the much- talked- up potential for increased energy efficiency was not a top priority  according to those surveyed, energy saving was the third benefit of owning a smart home, with 40 percent saying it would be a significant perk, after increased home security (50 percent) and the ability to monitor activity around their house when they were away (46 percent).

Alex Hawkinson, the founder of SmartThings (which was itself recently bought by Samsung), a digital platform that connects devices around the home, might be excited about a customer who used their system and “trained his speakers to play an angelic chorus as he approaches his majestically lit scotch collection,” as he told Time, but it seems people still hope the smart home will serve some pretty basic functions.
So, if Google/Nest, Apple’s Home Kit, Iris, and the Wulian  can make a house a fortress that requires Americans only to lift a finger to tap a phone or tablet, complete with robot maid, then maybe the public can be convinced to buy into the smart-home dream.
